Booking

To confirm the booking, Agriturismo Guthiddai requires a deposit amounting to the first night of the stay.

After proceeding with the payment, the booker has to send a proof of payment and the dates of the stay, phone number and email, via:

Once Agriturismo Guthiddai receives the proof of payment, the booker will get a confirmation email. Each reservation, after its confirmation, is binding and it implies that the booker acknowledged, viewed and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation and changes (Individual Bookings)

Any cancellations must be notified in writing and is to be dated.

If the changes or cancellations are notified 5 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Please note that changes and cancellations of rooms reserved for bank holidays and peak season (June, July, August and September) dates must be notified at least 15 days prior to the arrival.

After this deadline, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
Early departures and no-show will be charged 100% of the booked reservation value.

Reservations with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled and/or modified so that, in case of cancellation and/or modification, 100% of the total amount will be lost.

Cancellation and changes (Group Bookings)

If the reservation consists of more than 4 rooms, the terms and conditions for groups will apply.
The booker – or group contact person – is always responsible for the reservation made and once the booking is confirmed, it implies that both the booker and all the group members acknowledged, viewed and fully accepted the Terms and Conditions.

The booker is also responsible for the billing amount for all bookings made by him/ her and of providing the complete list of the guests at least 15 days before the arrival.

To confirm the booking, Agriturismo Guthiddai requires a deposit amounting to the 30% or 50% of the entire reservation value.

Any cancellations must be notified in writing and is to be dated.
If the booker has not cancelled the reservation or one the guests has not shown up, the Agriturismo reserves the right to charge the full price of the reservation. The same applies to situations where the guest arrives late or departs earlier than agreed. Details regarding the cancellation fee are specified below.

Up to 30 days before the arrival date: no charges;
Between 29 and 14 days before the arrival date: 30% of the cancelled reservation value will be charged;
Between 13 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the cancelled reservation value will be charged;
Between 6 and 3 days before the arrival date: 80% of the cancelled reservation value will be charged;
Rooms cancelled 2 days or less before the arrival date and no-shows will be be charged 100% of the cancelled reservation value.

In case of early departure, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation.
